Adding & Deleting Users

This guide explains how to create and configure new users in the MineHub platform, including setting up user details and assigning appropriate permissions at organization, business unit, and location levels.

To add new users to the platform, follow these simple steps under Organization Settings.

Access Organization Settings:​

  • After login into the Minehub platform, click on the Head Icon located at the top right of the screen.
  • From the dropdown list, select "Organization Settings"

Initiate User Creation:​

  • Click on "Add User"

Section 1: User Details:​

Enter the following basic information for the new user: Details

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email

Section 2: Organization Level Permissions / Assigning Roles​

Organization-level permissions apply across the entire MineHub system. Select the appropriate role(s) based on the user's responsibilities:

  • Review the role descriptions below and check the appropriate boxes:
  • Review all selected permissions carefully
  • Click the Save button to create the user

Activation​

After user creation, you have the following options:

  • Send Invite: an email invitation will be sent directly to the new user via Minehub.
  • Copy Invite Link: copy the invite link and share it directly with the new user.

  • Create Password: This allows you to create a password for the new user.
  • After creating, hit the Submit button.

Deleting / Removing Users​

To remove or delete a user from the organization, the user must Not be Activated or Unregistered

  • Click on the user's name
  • Click on Remove

What if the user is already activated / registered?

  • Once the user is activated / registered, you will not be able to delete / remove them from the platform
  • Uncheck all of the roles's boxes so they cannot access into any details on the platform.
  • Kindly contact our support team at support@minehub.com to assist for deletion

Now the new user has been added to the Organization User list.

⚠️

Invite link will be expired after 24 hours, therefore the new users would need to register themselves via the invite link in order to login into Minehub Trade Management Platform. If you haven’t received the invitation link please contact a MineHub team member who will be able to share one with you, or contact us at support@minehub.com
