Finding a shipment

This guide explains How to find a Shipment in MineHub using two methods:

  • Via the Shipments list
  • Via Order Manager

Method 1: via Shipments list​

  1. From the headers at the top of the page, navigate to Shipments > All Shipments. This page is a database of all your shipments in MineHub.
  2. To find the Shipment, you can either:
    • enter a search term, for example the BOL number, Vessel Name, or MineHub shipment ID #.
    • apply filters to narrow down the results shown, using the icons that appear when hovering over the column headers (for example by Status, Conveyance, Origin, Destination, etc.)
  3. Click on the desired shipment ID # to open a new page and check the details of that specific shipment.

Method 2: via Order Manager​

  1. In the Trade Manager page, navigate to the trade and quota month that the shipment you are looking for belongs to.
  2. Go to the Order Manager by clicking on the (Green Arrow) next to the Progress bar, on the right-hand side of the page. This will bring you to the Shipments tab.

  1. You can navigate between quota months using the cards at the top of the page. The shipments shown in the Trade Shipments section correspond to the quota month selected.
  • You will notice that each Bill of Lading (BOL) number is a link, taking you to that individual shipment and allowing you to check the details on a more granular level (including ETA, route details, etc.).

From this view it is also possible to filter by Delivery term / Material using the filter icon. This allows you to filter the shipments further.
